Comparison of the effectiveness of training based on cross-analysis approach and training of a Pilates exercise course on mental impatience and health of infertile women

This research was applied and quasi-experimental (pre-test-post-test with control group). The present study population was infertile women who referred to Kermanshah Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital in 1398-99. After selecting the subjects according to the inclusion criteria, 50 people were randomly divided into two groups of experiments and controls and were tested using the Kazemi Haghighi Psychological Impatience Questionnaire (2017) and the Drogatis Health Questionnaire (1972). It was a two-hour session. Results: The results showed that there is a significant difference between the two groups of training based on the cross-analysis approach and a Pilates training course and have been significantly effective in reducing mental impatience and mental health of infertile women.Also, the comparison of the obtained means indicates that training based on cross-analysis approach compared to Pilates training has a greater impact on changes in mental impatience and mental health of infertile women. Conclusion: It can be concluded that finding methods based on interpersonal relationships and emotional issues to reduce the level of mental impatience of infertile women and improve women's mental health is a big step towards improving the fertility of couples.
